The nitrogen membrane skid systems can continuously supply nitrogen for larger volume applications and can be engineered to suit your demand with purity between 5.0 to 0.5 %. These systems can be manufactured as an open skid or installed into acontainer, and provide a stable, reliable, and fully automatic nitrogen gas supply. Designed for use in areas requiring robust equipment, it is simple to install and maintain.

The NITROMEM is a new generation membrane generator that continuously supplies nitrogen from 5.0 to 350 Nm3/hour with a purity between 5.0 to 0.5%.  The fully automatic module features an extremely compact design that can be placed in small spaces. With such little effort to install and maintain, this equipment is ideal for marine, naval or offshore installations.

The NITROMEM product line has two cabinet sizes for smaller units up to NM-36 and larger systems up to NM-72, in most cases this allows a future capacity increase (not including the NM-36 and NM-72). Fitted with superior components, stainless steel process piping and valve bodies (plus heavy-duty PLC), they remain identical across the system for trouble-free spare part management and easy maintenance.

ModulN2 is a compact mobile membrane nitrogen generator that delivers on-site production of up to 3,8m3/h nitrogen, with purity ranging from 1 to 0,35% residual oxygen content. Based on membrane technology, this plug-and-play generator is a perfect alternative for industries seeking an economical, convenient, and reliable nitrogen flow. Supplied with castors for easy relocation, the fully automatic module can be installed and maintained easily.
